My name is Nuemy Barbosa Montrond. I work with the dry lava of the Fogo volcano, in whose foothills I grew up and live. I make miniatures of houses, turtles, pylons, empty mills, etc. In the small decorative sculptures, I still use straw and matches. The tools I use are the hammer, the angle grinder, scissors and glue.
